Welcome to Vukile
 

Vukile is a property fund which was listed on the JSE Limited on 24 June 2004 (JSE code: VKE) and on the Namibian Stock Exchange on 11 July 2007 (NSX code: VKN). Its listing was promoted by Sanlam, which contributed a significant share of Vukile’s start-up portfolio.

Vukile’s market capitalisation was approximately R4.99 billion at 31 March 2011 and its property portfolio was valued at R5.35 billion at year end. There were 351 015 218 Vukile linked units in issue.

Our prime objective is to invest in properties with strong contractual cash flows for long-term sustainability, capital appreciation and growing income distributions for linked unitholders.
